Please note: We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The product is complete with all parts/components and original packaging.

Only normal handling is visible; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

Hygiene-related items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

The product was found defective immediately upon receipt.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 working days. If conditions are met, the return will be confirmed within this period.
Aurra North reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged due to reasons beyond our control.

Never send returns to the sender address. We will provide you with the correct return address after your request.
All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in Asia.
Cancellations (Right of Withdrawal)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order under the following terms:

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) received the goods.

Because our system is fully automated, orders cannot be cancelled once placed and dispatched. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You may return the goods after receipt.
To cancel your order:
Send a clear statement to support@aurranorth.com with your order details. Cancellation is completed once we have received the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
